What if I get a cheaper prices elsewhere after I have paid the FastCamel fee?
We do NOT refund our fees if you have found a cheaper price elsewhere. The reasons are as follows:

It is understood that the customer was happy with our price at that given moment and agreed to proceed forward by paying our fees to obtain policy information, so there is no reason to refund.

Insurance prices can vary every day for the same person, so we do not take the responsibility of customer shopping independently again after we have released our information.
Can I request for a new Quote with the same information since I have found cheaper price elsewhere after some days?
Yes, you can but we will charge you a new fee as we take it as a new quote.
Can I add/remove information on a given Quote to try a better price?
If you want to add/remove information to an existing Quote by FastCamel, we will do ONE time FREE of cost to re-evaluate an existing Quote. After that, there is an admin fee of £20
